Aim
To learn survival skills as the basis for future fieldwork. Activities include:
- Wildlife observation
- Climbing Hiuchi Mountain (2,420m)
- Night-time bivouac practicum (improvised encampment)

Sasagamine International Workshop for Comparative Cognitive Science

This is the 3rd Sasagamine International workshop: The first one was held in 2010 as the satellite symposium for IPS 2010 Kyoto. The second one was held in 2014 as the satellite for IPS 2014 Hanoi. Both have focused on the tool use in nonhuman primates. The third one 2015 will look for the evolutionary origins of human mind in a broader perspective.
